New Zealand vs India Cricket

It was a great day for Cricket that is why New Zealand is vs India. There were millions watching this match. It was an incredible sight and in the 1st Innings the scores were.

New Zealand won the 1st Innings but can they still keep up the work to win. In the next round it was India tried to keep up but New Zealand already won.

Now I am going to tell about some players.

1.Peter Fulton is 34 years old and has shown the world that even if you have a big age you can still become a cricketing icon. I give him a 9/10.

2.Hamish Rutherford was named in the twenty20 New Zealand squad to battle england in ANZ series. That is why I am giving him 8/10.

3.Kane Williamson, At 23 years old Kane has certainly achieved a lot at the top level already. That is why I am giving him 10/10.

4.Ross Taylor, This talented batsman has had an amazing rise to the top and is set to be a key player in this season’s line up for the BLACKCAPS. I am giving him 9/10

5.Brendon McCullum, He is a world leading wicketkeeper, who comes from a strong cricketing background. Brendon McCullum is truly making his mark on the international cricket stage. I am giving him a 10/10.

My reading group was told t create a Acrostic Poem of a place called Highgate. This is what we have to do.

Create an acrostic poem for the words HIGHGATE (using one key word for each letter).

- For each word write a small sentence why you chose this word, e.g. H - Holidays: with Nana and Poppa every holiday.

A Start to a new school year

A start to the new school year

I woke up and noticed it was the start for a new school year. I was waiting over maybe a month to hear witch class I was going to be in. What happens is the whole school hears witch class they get in. I went to Point England School.

At breakfast I had toast and some milk. I changed my clothes got my bag ready and I got a record time of I think 5min. Buzzing with excitement I went into the car ready to go.

I was chosen to go in class 7 they don’t say room anymore. My teacher was new Mrs Jacobson. I was glad to be in her class.

Morning tea had pasted and then we were learning about getting information from other classes like are there more boys than girls. Sport was next we played midnight, duck duck Goose and teapot.

After Lunch time we had name art so our teachers could know our names. We learned about primary colours and complementary colours then it was home time.

It was a fun day at school I had a wonderful day.        

Sky Tower

Sky Tower

It was 1st January 2014 My family was guessing what my sister was wondering what she was going to get for her birthday. Almost knight and we were planning to take her to the sky tower in Auckland. Ounce we told her she buzzing with excitement.

We spared sometime at the downtown park, we played a ton of games.Tag,Racing,Climbing,

4 vs 1, Riding an eel and balancing. Play time over fright of heights awaits.

We had a little bit of trouble finding a parking but we found one. We went in the entrance and what a amazing entry, we headed to the access of the sky tower. My dad payed 65$ dollars. Up we went in the elevator. When we arrived 1/2 of the sky tower levels I was amazed of what I saw, it was such an incredible view.

My sister took a thew photos and then we looked in the binoculars. I could see everything close up

Aaron Rotorua Adventures

Day 1:
It was Sunday 7th 2014 and we were getting ready for our magnificent adventures to Rotorua. Finally me and my family were ready  to go to Rotorua. First we travelled about 76 km or 100 km which then we ended up in Hamilton. But we had did not have time to stop, so we kept going to reach our destination. After driving 106 km we finally reached Rotorua. My father decided that we should eat. Our dad found a nice place to have dinner. We stopped the car to eat. We had Paratas(roti) with Sausages and some other vegetarian food, Yummy!! My two other brothers played soccer in this nice empty field while my two sisters helped my dad with the cooking, and me, well I was just enjoying the beautiful scenery and making lots of notes about my! I think you're wandering where is my mother well she was not with us she was on another trip so where was I oh yes so after we ate we explored Rotorua, man did we have fun. We went to so many parks, played lots of soccer and at twilight my sisters, brothers and I watched the sun set and cast an orange haze that reflected off every wave, it was so beautiful. Oh I got to go it's time to sleep.

 

DAY 2:


It was our second day in Rotorua and I woke up to see my dad getting breakfast ready. We had breakfast at next to a park with a beautiful rose garden my sister couldn't stop admiring it. After eating we got changed at the nearest toilets and played more. Then me and my brothers and sisters walked to the museum just to see the outside it was amazing. After a few hours of playing and mucking around we were on our way to Rotorua Skyline and Luge. Going up was cool ounce we reached the top we grabbed our helmet and waited in line to go on the luge my first time I went on it it was so cool that I had another turn and challenged my brothers with a race, I had a blast of a time there. Then sadly it was time for us to go, before we where going back down I took a good long look of Rotorua and the amazing view of the lake and went. It was so hot we decided to go for a swim, our dad drove us to the blue lake of Okareka and man was the water blue, it was really refreshing and cold, and the best thing of all was that it was not even salty. After all the fun we had it was time for us to go home. Well that was what I thought but our dad took us to Tauranga  port and we played more on parks, man that was a lot of playing for one day. So after all the playing we were finally going home, I was actually glad going home to sleep in my warm comfy bed rather that in a tent. It was a long drive home, we drove 600km in total.
