The Playground of darkness

It was a beautiful day, birds singing making people happy, people relaxing and laughing and children enjoying playing on “Stonefields park”. A boy named Matiu and a girl named Roz were there having the most fun. Everything was fine.

All of a sudden the sky became stormy. There was a curse on the playground and they could only see that it was sunny. The children rushed to get to shelter, there was bark hitting children, this was caused by a hurricane. Lots of kids got hit badly in the eye. Luckily on the playground there was a chair Matiu and Roz picked up the chair and used this as their shield and helped everybody else.

A burst of lightning hit the poles that held the playground. The children ran for their lives. They looked at the sky and saw a face. It was a monster. The children started hitting the disgusting body with metal poles that were on the ground. A hole appeared but the monster was closing in on them.

Next thing Matiu and Roz did were holding their breath and letting it go. It was working and the monster was going to explode but they could not because the metal poles were not strong enough. 

Again Matiu and Roz got an idea, “everybody put everything on to the monster” said Roz. Each thing got on to the monster, BOOM!!! he was gone. The children lived happily ever after.
