My Stetecial Gragh

I was investigating the windspeed on the 18th. From the time of 10 o'clock to 1 o'clock. I found out that 10 and 11 o'clock were the exact same windspeed, 26 km/h. I also found out that 12 o'clock was the lowest windspeed, 20 km/h. 

Try and find out something else and comment bellow. I think you should choose the top one because...
