Antarctic Treaty
The Antarctica Treaty agreement was signed by 12 countries. Those 12 countries are Norway, Chile,United kingdom,Soviet Union, South Africa,New Zealand,Japan,France,United states America,Argentina,Australia and Belgium. It was signed December 1st 1959 and effective in June 23 1961.
