Google Cardboard Expedition

Google Cardboard Expedition

Image result for Google Cardboard ExpeditionGoogle had chosen our school to show us the Google cardboard expedition on the 24th of November. While the year 8’s were at tech, the year 7’s stayed inside our block. We were shown by one of the workers of google of a new technology they have created which made us very excited that we can see it.

Once the teacher picks a location anywhere in the world you will be able to see it in 4D which was very interesting. If you rotate your body the camera will rotate so you can see parts of where you are standing.

We saw birds, snakes, insects, turtles, tortoise, dolphins, whales, fish and much more. We even went to space which was amazing.

The experience we had was stupendous. It felt so realistic a fun. Did you know we were the last school chosen in Auckland do this expedition. We were very very lucky.
