Swimming

Today I went to Glen Innes Pools. As I walked in I saw some kind of running on water thing it looked cool but I saw people slipping off into the water that made me scared in the first, I wasn't even wet. I did not made it to the end but it was so fun I had another go. This time I made it. Swimming was so fun I came again the next day this time it wasn't there but I got to go in the biggest pool. It was cold but I got used to it. First I did freestyle and made it to the middle of the pool I could not make it to the end because there were people in my way. Next I did Backstroke, I did not sink I knew what to do. Keep your chin up to the sealing. The little kids pool was very warm I know why they did that so the little children did not get cold. I put my head too many times underwater. I loved it oh and also I jumped into the swimming pool. "SPLASH". What fun hey maybe you would like to come to the swimming pools it is for free only for 3 year old to 16 years old. Have fun at the swimming pool.

  

Kingdom of Good and Evil Animal

Once upon time there live two kingdoms. Kingdom of friendly animals. Also the Kingdom of mean,UN Polite animals, Kingdom of Evil Animals. In both kingdoms they had a king, Evil had King Killer Whale and for Good, King Lion. A cub lion named Jack was found by the king during war from the ambush town attack. He was at school talking to his friend about a secret ambush planed by the Evil army. When he heard it from his friend he rushed to the king. As he was running he accidentally bumped into bad  boys. Now he had to run on the double because those boys got furious "AFTER HIM" said one of the boys he climbed up the wall, the boys were amazed.But not after long there found a ladder up to the roof. Jack climbed up onto the roofs and soon found himself jumping roof to roof when suddenly giant eagle came and grabbed him by the shoulders with their huge fierce claws and suddenly he disappeared into thin air!!

Rc Car Plan:

I have always wanted to make a rc car(remote control car). That is why I think I should show you ho to make one, I have not yet made one but I can still show you oh and if you have the materials send them to me please so I can make one.
Address:Auckland,Point England Road, Ropata Ave 39.
Now lets get onto what we need:
1.Complete rolling chassis comprising wheels, tyers, steering accessories, bumpers,aerofoil mountain tubes.
2.A drive motor and necessary gears.
3.A set of drive batteries (6 x 1.2AH nicad cells) and and a charging lead.
4.A speed controler
5.A body shell
6.Necessary connectors for linking the R/C system to speed controller and steering.
7.Suitable wiring harness for connecting up the electrial parts of the car.
8. A comprehensive instruction booklet which details,building the car, charging the batteries,running and fault finding.

Now look at this picture and you will figure out what to do. Next post will be the remote control.

2013 Reflection

Reading

This year for my reading I started at 8.5 years old. I was in Kiwifruit, we learned about hedgehog,frogs and much more. The first time I created a movie was about a very special frog. My reading group mates helped me. We share our learning on our blogs. To do that you must do Learn,create and share. Near December I moved up to the last reading group that meant I moved up a level.

Writing

For my writing this year at the beginning I was under but I was keep on trying to remember Miss Lavakula talented ideas and words that can help me. We have been writing about trips like Youthtown,Kellytown Tons and Ambury farm. Also narratives some of my writings need fixing up but some are kind of well done. When I get my reports I hope so I did well.

Maths

I love Maths in fact it is my favourite subject. At the beginning of the year we had maths class and my class was room Thirteen. Days later I moved into room Fourteen but I was in the lowest group. Again Days later I moved into the highest group Diamonds. We were learning about Decimals,Jumping the number line,Strategies and much more. Put the star on a good colour for my report hope so.

Topic

Now topic well I loved it. Even learning about Antarctica also fairy tales and greek mythology also Farming. I have done my Animations, the best thing about topics is that you get to create stuff.

 

Elearning

For my elearning I made more angles and more backgrounds. Sometimes I copy and sometimes I trace.   

I have been using my imagination.

P.E

For sports I have played a lot of sports like basketball,softball,football,rugby league,cricket, even a dance workshop. Once I was going to compete in the tournaments for soccer but it keeped on canceling and so we did not went to the tournament.

Conclusion

This year I hope so my report will be very good and if it doesn't I will make a goal next year that I will work hard to complete my goal and come 1st in academics. Also I want to be top in the class.

Why I want to become a Ambassador

I am applying to become an ambassador because I would like to learn the experience and to share our learning. I think being an ambassador will help me speak clearly and make me more confident. Also I would want to be an Ambassador because it will help me with my talents and values.

I would want to welcome the visitor’s by sharing our learning and show them around our school of what our students are learning. I love making movies and animating. Maths is my favourite subject. Reading is my second best subject why because I love making movies of what we read especially when I learn new stuff. I am proud that I am a point englander student. We once had Will.I.am to come to our school it was amazing. He offered all of the manaiakalani schools 100,000$ that is a lot.
