Papaka and Koura

In our reading group we were told to retell a story and here is the story.

Long ago, there lived a crayfish and a crab. There names were Papaka and Koura, they were feeling dull because they were not colorful like the bird’s and the Butterflies. They asked them how did they get their colors but they could not do that. They hid under the water but the birds and Butterflies could see them. They were not ugly they were beautiful. The butterflies and birds told them how did they get their colors but they could not do that.

The moral of this story is that everybody is not ugly or dull.
